‘Coming Down, Going Up – Today!’ textile relief 2006 [left]
Award winning Textile relief quilt for the Double Running competition at the Quilt Association show Llanidloes 2006. Figures become redder and redder whilst changing two exhibitions as the preview got nearer. Are those two paler figures sculptures or are the public arriving early?

‘Rock Woman’  watercolour and textile relief diptych 2006 [centre and right]
Cynth has been intrigued by the formation of the Pembrokeshire coastal rocks and its erosion since 1968. She is fascinated by the images she finds in them. “Rock Woman” was found in a cove at Pwllgwaelod and just had to be transformed into cut work and embroidery.
